ROSOBORONEXPORT JSC, a division of Rostec State Corporation, introduced the Lancet-E
system during the Army 2024 International Military-Technical Forum. The Lancet-E is an
export version of the acclaimed Lancet loitering munition system, renowned for its
battlefield effectiveness.
The Lancet-E system includes the Z-16-E reconnaissance drone and two kamikaze
drones—Item 51-E and Item 52-E—each with distinct features such as range and maximum
takeoff weight. This versatile system is designed to engage a variety of targets, from
armored vehicles and fortifications to surface targets.
"The presentation of the Lancet-E at Army 2024 marked the beginning of
ROSOBORONEXPORT's global marketing campaign for this advanced weapon system. The
system demonstrated the highest effectiveness on the battlefield and capability to engage a
wide range of targets, from any type of armored vehicles and fortifications to surface
targets. As a result, today the Lancet-E has great export potential, which we estimate at
1,000+ systems. I’m sure that once the needs of the Russian Armed Forces are met, the
available production capacities will enable us to successfully deliver the system abroad. In
addition, ROSOBORONEXPORT actively offers its partners cooperation in the format of
license and joint production on the customer’s premises within the framework of
technology partnerships," said Alexander Mikheev, Director General of
ROSOBORONEXPORT.
In addition to the Lancet-E, ROSOBORONEXPORT is promoting the Kub-E loitering munition,
developed by Rostec’s Kalashnikov Group, and the Orlan-10E, Orlan-30, and Orion-E
unmanned aerial systems, which are in high demand among foreign partners.
ROSOBORONEXPORT continues to advance unmanned solutions across all warfare domains,
including surface unmanned motorboats, unmanned underwater vehicles, and ground
robotic systems.
